As a result of paying the membership fee, you will never receive another bill for medical services provided by this practice. The membership fee will be used to pay for all your copays, co-insurance, and deductibles! You should still maintain your health insurance for all other needs such as lab tests, radiology tests, ER visits and hospitalizations. |
Another way to look at it is for as little as $149.75 per month ($1797/year), your family will have a membership in the new practice and receive this personalized service as well as the convenience. This is at a cost that is very likely less than both your monthly cell phone bill and monthly cable company bill. If you are an individual, your monthly cost is only $79 ($948/year). Also, Health Savings Accounts may cover the cost of the annual membership fee and again, you will never receive another bill for medical services provided by this practice.
